		General Requirements degree: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT or Electronics; MCA good analytical skills; knowledge of algorithms and data structures ability to read code and abstract its algorithmic content commitment to quality satisfactory communication skills
		Preferred Prior Experience programming: C/C++, SQL GUI: Windows MFC/SDK, Win CE, X/Motif, gdk/gtk+, OpenGL rdbms: Oracle, postgreSQL; ODBC environment: Windows, Linux, Unix
