GIPSY
GIPSY is a desktop GIS available on Windows, Unix and Linux platforms. It supports both 2D and 3D GIS functionality with seamless integration of spatial and attribute data. GIPSY may be interfaced to Oracle and postgreSQL.

MAPSY
MAPSY is a palmtop GIS for field based geomatics applications such as surveying, resource mapping, assets management, navigation, etc. It runs under Linux on the low cost PDA to bridge the digital divide, Simputer, and the mobile desktop, MOBILIS.
